Shipping Info
We process orders between Monday and Friday. The order will be produced and shipped in the order of payment. The order will be processed within 10-14 working days after the order is placed, and the order will be shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends (if you mind the length of time, please place your order carefully).
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances) ,Processing Time: 10-14 business days.
Standard Shipping Time: 5-7 business days,it costs US$12.
Fast Shipping Time: 3-5 business days,it costs US$19.99.
PS. For orders to South America and the Russian Federation, shipping may take more than 1 month due to transport and customs issues.All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 2-5 business days,excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11PM Shang Hai Standard Time on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.
